I sent my laptop in about 3 months ago now for repair. At the time it was under warranty, and now it is not because it expired while in their possession. I am supposed to be starting up with college again soon and they have sent me an automated email almost every single day to continually push back the expected delay time. I do not have another laptop to use for school and I don't understand how it can take this long for a part to arrive, with no end in sight because all that happens is they pick a new date several weeks ahead and then a new date further ahead. I am unable to contact anyone through hp because now my warranty is expired and so all of those options have disappeared other than the virtual chat bot.
Any way I can contact them to get an update or can somehow get a loaner computer or something since this is going to take a continually indeterminate amount of time to repair going forward despite that I need a computer for school?
