Microsoft Windows 11

After some recent updates, my Laptop started to change refresh rate to 60 to 40 Hz each time it's unplugged, resulting in a flickering black screen at each unplug. When plugged again, it goes back to 60 Hz. If i try to change the refresh rate to 60 Hz when on battery, then the problem persists the next time.

I managed to temporarly solve the problem by disabling HP System Info HSA Service, but this causes Omen gaming hub to not work, so i cannot set up my fan speed.
How can i fix the problem without having to ditch the Omen hub interface?

Please try to unclick this option (Auto-switch to ECO Mode) under Performance Control page and try again.
