Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb2000 (90Q63AV)

I recently purchased the HP Victus 15 and within under 3 months It is being sent back to HP to fix. Like other posts, an Update seems to have killed it. The current error is the 90b....fan malfunctioning or not at all, so the computer crashes and shuts itself off. The generic standard bot response to reboot, reset, check updates does nothing. It seems HP knows they have a poor product because of cheap parts. I am quickly learning HP doesn't make a good reliable product. Lucky I still have this basic warranty. My last machine lasted 6 years, never a problem and that was an Acer Nitro. Any thoughts? What's going on at HP so many problems persist? And yes, I already spent an hour with HP tech isolating it to one of the fans not functioning, which lead to battery alerts and faster and faster crashes. 🤔 

And curious, there isn't a Section for a gaming laptop? This is an Old, Original American tech company. Have they really sold out this much to cheaper outside third and fourth party vendors and simply stamp it HP?
