Bluetooth devices no longer connect to the laptop. When attempting to connect a Bluetooth device in Windows settings, it immediately says "That didn't work. Make sure your Bluetooth device is still discoverable, then try again" without attempting to connect. When attempting to remove a Bluetooth device, it says "Remove failed." When using the Windows Bluetooth troubleshooter, the following is the result, despite Bluetooth working on the laptop previously:

The UEFI Diagnostics Tool from https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-pc-hardware-diagnostics did not detect any hardware issues. Both the HP Support Assistant app and Windows Device Manager say that drivers are up to date. Here are the Bluetooth drivers listed in the Windows Device Manager:

I have exhausted all I know to do, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
