Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello !

I bought a new HP Victus 16 laptop recently. It is working well as usual at all. Unfortunately, I have detected a small problem with it. When I was playing, the laptop froze for 2-3 seconds (it is more like lagging and the sound also lags) and then continued working normally. At first, I thought it was because of a hard video game, but I experience this problem even while watching videos on YouTube which does not consume much performance. The freezing does not happen because of internet speed. When this problem happens the whole system freezes even the mouse cursor. I have reinstalled the CPU and GPU drivers, but they did not help. The freezing(or lagging) happens once in 2-3 hours.

Here are my laptop`s configurations:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800H

16GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 6GB

System: Windows 11  22H2 (64-bit)

BIOS: AMI F.16, 16.03.2023

Please help me with this problem and let me know if you are also experienced this issue.

My problem was caused two errors in event log:

first: The AMDRyzenMasterDriverV20 service failed to start due to the following error: The specified file could not be found.

I solved by this article:

https://community.amd.com/t5/drivers-software/ryzen-master-driver-not-installed-properly/td-p/130195....

second: Event ID: 86 - CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll - The authority amd-keyid not existing

I solved by hide TPM module in BIOS

I hope it will help you
