Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (599K0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased my HP Victus gaming laptop in July 2023, and the screen has recently started coming apart due to what appears to be a broken or overly tight hinge. The hinge is placing pressure on the screen, causing it to lift and the plastic casing to separate. This issue developed gradually through normal usage - there has been no accidental damage or mishandling.

Although the laptop is now out of warranty, I’ve seen several similar complaints from other HP Victus users, which suggests this may be a design flaw or structural defect. I’m seeking guidance and kindly request HP to consider a goodwill repair or an appropriate solution.
