Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T53AV)

Device Info:
Model: HP Victus (16-s0047nt -76t53av)
OS: Windows 11 64-bit
BIOS Version: f29
GPUs: AMD Radeon CPU ( AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics
8 Cores ) + NVIDIA RTX 4060

Dear HP Support,

I am experiencing a persistent graphics issue on my HP Victus laptop:

  • When Hybrid GPU mode (AMD + NVIDIA) is enabled, the screen goes completely black, and I am unable to use the system.

  • When I switch to NVIDIA GPU only, the system boots, but as soon as I open a game or GPU-intensive application, the screen starts flickering rapidly or turns off and on repeatedly.

  • The internal display continuously flickers, even outside of games.

  • BIOS is updated to the latest version and so are the GPU drivers (both AMD and NVIDIA).

  • The issue does not occur on an external monitor, which points toward a possible issue with the internal display or panel interface.

I am attaching a video recording of the issue for your reference. video

Please advise if this is a hardware fault or a software configuration issue.
I kindly request further technical support and, if necessary, service intervention.
