 Victus 16-e0066ns
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi.

We bought a Victus 16-e0066ns which according to the tech specs:

https://support.hp.com/es-es/document/c08099062

has a

"40.9 cm (16.1") diagonal, FHD (1920 x 1080), 144 Hz, 7 ms response time, IPS, micro-edge, anti-glare, Low Blue Light, 300 nits, 100% sRGB""

but ours come with a miserably bad panel that barely has 60% sRGB coverage.  Is there any way to contact HP to have this solved (because I haven't found any) to try to solve this.

Extremely disappointed because its a product that is not up to the stated specs. Dreadful experience.

Thanks,
