> Dear HP Support Team,

I recently purchased an HP Victus Gaming Laptop (Model: 15-fb3134AX, Serial Number: [ 5CD52541BMWhatsApp Image 2025-10-01 at 7.26.10 PM.jpeg]) on 23 September 2025.

However, the HP warranty check tool shows the warranty end date as 19 August 2026, which is earlier than expected. Since the laptop was purchased on 23 September 2025 with a 1-year standard warranty, the correct warranty end date should be 19 August 2026.

I am attaching my purchase invoice/bill as proof of purchase. Kindly update the warranty details in your system to reflect the correct purchase date and warranty period.

Thank you for your assistance.

Regards,

Chavithini suresh

Hi:

This forum is a peer to peer forum.

We do not work for or represent HP.

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So the longer the time elapses from assembly date to the purchase date, the less time remains on the warranty.

Please contact HP customer service beginning at the link below and submit a support request to have the warranty start and end dates adjusted to the date you purchased the notebook.
