OMEN by HP - 15-ce002nt

I have a Omen gaming laptop and i want to check my drivers if they are up to date but Hp web product detection not working. The pop-up opens and i click it but nothing happens after that.

(I have HP Support Assistant and HP Support Solutions Framework.)

Please use the series, not each machine. In your case, the series is OMEN by HP - 15-ce000

I don't understand the revelance of your answer to my problem. First I click on "Let us detect the drivers you need for this HP PC" then I click on "Open HP Web Products Detection" on the pop-up but nothing happens after that.

Well, that option is not always work. As mentioned above, to get things going (if you wish), you have to use the above link

I used the serie as you mentioned but nothing changed. It still can't detect my device and I don't want to install a wrong driver or software so I dont want to do the updates manually.

No, forget detection, just select from the list and do manually. Or wait for more time.
