Hi, 3 months ago I was in Berlin, Germany and I bought myself a very good powerful laptop, costed me a fortune but was deserve it since I can use it for both gaming and working. and everything was more than fine, 2 weeks ago I went back to Sudan (My home country) and suddenly my gaming laptop become a normal device and I can't use any of HP programmes or even website, Either I got "Access denied" or ("OMEN Gaming Hub is not supported in this region."), and since I can't open the HUB I can't put my device into performance mode to run the demanding programs and games. I know Sudan has previous problems with America but two years ago everything solved already between the two countries and now I can use Apple, Google and even Visa with all the American products but not my 2000 Euro laptop !!! Why OMEN ?
