Product: Omen by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to install the firmware pack using HP Support Assistant.

A popup message appears; a separate installing program has been launched. You may have to preform actions to complete the installation.

It seems nothing further is happening; CPU use is minimal, as is memory use and hard disk activity.

Is there another way of installing the firmware pack?

Found it! Would have been nice if HP had mentioned you need to be logged in with ADMIN-rights to install all updates.......
