Hello,

 

Customer support from HP and Nvidia suggested to do clean install of nvidia drivers to check screen freeze issue.

Tried clean uninstall and reinstall of nvidia drivers but I see now there is a new issue. Checking the eventviewer and looks like something wrong with this laptop model.

 

HP provided factory software(HP cloud recovery tool) does not has this kind of log in eventviewer but once clean reinstall of Nvidia driver is performed then the real problem of HP omen max exposed!!!

 

Is it something like HP somehow made some hidden logic in eventviewer of this hardware fault issue in factory reset software ??

 

@HP team: Kindly check and provide explanation & clarification to my question as I have spent huge amount in your product. If there is a hardware issues in these model which were released initially, then you are responsible to recall this product instead of being quiet.
