Hi, I have "Disk hard not exit" in m'y laptop HP dv6 pavillon notebook with Windows 7 64bit , in boot options i'm not see legacy support , only "post hotkey delay", "cd-rom boot", "floopy boot" and "internal network adapter boot" ! How résolve this in there options or how to fix this? Thanks

The error message "Disk hard not exist" indicates that your HP Pavilion dv6 laptop is unable to detect the hard drive during the boot process. This can be due to various reasons such as a loose connection, a failed hard drive, or BIOS settings not correctly recognizing the drive. Since you mentioned that you do not see an option for "legacy support" in your BIOS and only see options for "post hotkey delay," "CD-ROM boot," "floppy boot," and "internal network adapter boot," here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

 

Check Hard Drive Connection: The first step should be to check the physical connection of the hard drive. This involves opening the back panel of your laptop (ensure the laptop is powered off and disconnected from any power source) and checking if the hard drive is properly connected. Sometimes, simply reseating (removing and then re-inserting) the hard drive can fix the issue.

 

Inspect the Hard Drive for Damage: While you have the hard drive out, inspect it for any signs of damage or wear. If the drive is damaged, it will likely need to be replaced.

 

Try Resetting BIOS to Default: Sometimes, BIOS settings can get changed accidentally, causing issues with hardware detection. To reset your BIOS to default settings, restart your laptop and press the key to enter BIOS setup (usually F10, F2, ESC, or DEL).
