Hi everybody,
After 5 months of use, my Omen 17 laptop displays the following message when i start it and I can't use it at all :
"Hard disk Error (3F2)" The answer of the diagnostic is : "hard disk not available"
According to you, what is the best thing to do ? (I already put the battery and the hard disk out but it didn't change anything.)
Lylia (from Paris)
PS: By the way, is there a way to contact HP by mail or by phone ?
