Dear Ms./Mr.
Following up my request [Personal Information Removed] , I opened a ticket. Here is a description of my ticket:
" There is a horizontal dotted line appears across my laptop screen. I connected my laptop to a TV display monitor with a HDMI cable, but no horizontal dotted line appeared on tv screen. I discussed with one of HP support members and she told me this might be a hardware display issue. I have an active warranty till March 04, 2023"
The HP support already confirmed my laptop issue. Also, I received the confirmation that this issue is covered with my current warranty. My unit has been purchased from Dubai , for the moment I don’t have the purchase bill or the order number.
I had a discussion with France HP support, they told " The laptop is under warranty. However the laptop does not come with the global warranty. In this case you can send back to laptop to Dubai for repair. Since the laptop was purchased in Dubai."
I checked the warranty statue details of my laptop. My laptop has a valid Global Warranty. My unit should be repaired , I would be grateful for a response about my problem.
