I am confused that is normal new HP Victus Ryzen 5 8000 series laptop only case heating normal? I bought it yesterday and thought it was malfunctioning so i changed it with new by going to  the shop but now this exchanged new one is also the same. CPU and GPU temperature are normal but my case is quite warm in right back and front top part. 

 

Please clarify me that is case heating is normal. I am using laptop in  well ventilation condition on a table.

Every laptop heats up the bottom part, it is normal there is the battery and the CPU that originate heat, the important thing is not to reach very high temperatures, for example 95 degrees.

Thank You for the response. My main wonder was rather than my CPU and GPU which are at normal temperature are other parts heating since the battery is at bottom but the warmness is in top of the downward side

It is normal, top and bottom there is energy that circulates and energy is heat, as long as it is a warm temperature there are no problems the battery that covers most of the laptop, usually is at a temperature of 30 degrees to 40.
