Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (599K0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Recently i noticed that my fans are making hevay noise just by the laptop being on, then i observed the issue is with one of the fan and the other one is working fine , while the fault one is running at high speed making noise ( i checked the cpu temp it's not overheating)

and sometimes it stops spinning and starts again making  noise and the process continues till it runs at high speed making noises and it wil be normal for sometime  and it repeates again.

Any suggestion or solution on this will be helpfull,

Thanks in advance
