Hinge Issue on HP Victus – Complaint Raised on 19 June Still Unresolved

Extremely disappointed with the third-class customer support provided by HP. I raised a complaint regarding a hinge issue on my HP Victus laptop on 19th June, and even today, 3rd July, the issue remains unresolved. This level of delay and negligence is unacceptable from such a reputed brand.
