Microsoft Windows 11

Horizontal lines flickers on my screen while I was browsing the web around a week ago. It seems to not appear on external displays connected to it.

Another thing I've noticed is that the lines reach to the bottom of the screen if I changed my refresh rate to 60 instead of 165.

Tried updating my gpu drivers, but it did not fix it either.

Is this a problem with the display cable connection to the motherboard?

I kind of want to open it up, however I have doubts on doing that since it still has its warranty active, and I wouldn't really want to risk it. Since I really need to have this fixed as soon as possible and sending it to be serviced might take a while.

Here it is on 165 refresh rate

and on 60

the lines extends and shortens erratically on both refresh rates.
