I was already following the steps in http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05357609. I got to the part of removing all the internal clips, but when I try to lift the enclosure, it’s still stuck. I think there’s still a screw in the center of the enclosure, but I don’t think the guide says anything about it (unless I somehow skipped that part). I need to open it to upgrade the RAM. Any advice?
Oh, and if it helps, I was also using this video as a guide https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UlJyh2zHWFk&t=187s although mine has Bang & Olufsen.

@Kiel08 , welcome to the forum.
It appears that there are 11 screws holding the back of the case in place. I am looking at the diagram on Page 33 of the Guide that you provided. Did you remove the plastic cap that covers screw #1?

Thank you for welcoming me!
My laptop doesn't have a cap encircled here https://imgur.com/1fC4h9q, which is why I assumed I only need to remove 10 screws. But I do see something that might be a plastic cap covering another screw, albeit in a different place than what is in the diagram. Do you happen to know how to safely remove the cap? Sorry, I'm new to this.

Alright! So, I searched for more videos (this one https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=NboZy8exzQw, and the first one in my original post also helped). The videos assured me that there were no hidden screws. And as it turned out, I had already removed ALL screws and there were no screws beneath a plastic cap. There was just a really stubborn clip in the center! Disassembling this laptop is not for the faint of heart. I gasped I was even able to take it off!
Thank you, @Eddie411 and @Old_geekster, for your assistance!
