Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been gaming recently and my fps goes to about 15-20 in fortnite and i was thinking that my fan wasn't working because I couldn't even hear it so i replaced the fan and then my frames went up to 20 - 25. I did a bios update and i realized that the fan speed was really high and loud (it never got that loud) so i want to increase my fan speed to get more fps thank you
