How do I remove this soldered screw

Hi there are 7 screws on the heat sink which I was removing to repaste the thermal paste. However one of the screw got soldered and my local repair shops can’t remove it. Is there any way to remove this screw.

Because the screw is part of the heat sink assembly, attempting to force, drill, or otherwise modify the screw can damage the heat sink, motherboard, or surrounding components. The correct removal method can also vary depending on the specific HP product and screw design.
