How do I replace my adapter within the warranty

HP Gaming Pavilion - 15 - cx0141tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My adapter suddenly stops working and I don't know how to apply for replacement in hp support. Can you please eloborate about the process for replacement? Thank you in advance.
