Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So I've been gaming lately and games take up a lot of storage,  I've been on Amazon and found and ssd to perfect for my laptop. The thing is it's 2TB and when I look on YouTube how to add more storage to you HP omen 15 laptop it's always 1TB. So I'm wondering if I can add more than 1TB.

What is your machine ? I don't know it therefore I can't answer the question: add or replace. What is your machine ?
