I have tried zendur charger 45 volt but it didn't work, also how to know if my laptop supports power delivery

The specs of your machine is

Its USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge) only supports to charge other devices (phones, tablets ..). You can't use it to charge your machine.
