Hi:

 

I don't understand the problem.

 

Your 3rd screenshot shows the memory is running at 1596.8 MHz.

 

You have to multiply that reading by 2.  1596.8 x 2 = 3193.6 = 3200 MHz.

hi, thanks for the Answer. when I saw my RAM speed on monitoring software(such as HWinfo and GUPZ) I thought that my RAM isn't running at full speed but on task manager, it's showing 3200MHz and I got confused, thanks for the info.
