Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, Windows 10 was installed on my laptop from the store after starting the laptop, I found the programs that came with the laptop, such as Microsoft Office 2016 and programs from HP, there were also branded HP wallpapers and a program from AMD.  After that I installed windows 11 on my laptop. The programs that came with the laptop after purchase are no longer there. Can I restore them?

( It contains all software and drivers that were assigned to your device based on the serial number )
