Hp Omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I have a really big problem with my hp omen 15! If I want to play any game, my laptop only allows me to play with it in 30 FPS! I don't understand , but sometimes it lets me play in 60 fps, but not in higher fps! Before some installations of some programs (other games etc...) it let me play with over 100 fps in any game! The pc config is:

- GTX 1050 Ti

- Intel Core I7 7700HQ

- 16 GB Ram

Hello @Daniel0200

Need more details,

What games are you playing?

Are you playing with the AC adapter plugged in or on battery only when this happens?

Is Windows and your video card driver up to date?

That raises a big concern. Before the installation of some program, it worked.

What programs were installed when this started happening? That could also be the problem!

If it is, you might be able to revert the PC back to a restore point prior to when this certain program was installed.

Let me know, thanks.
