Hello
I have bought an HP omen laptop recently, and i have encountered a frustrating problem concerning touchpad.
It is lagging most of the time without any factors affecting it. The laptop is brand new, so it’s storage is still empty, CPU running good, as well as gpu and memory and other stuff.
i have tried all of the possible things, such as disabling/reenabling touchpad, drivers, and everything. I used an external mouse and it has no problem at the same time when the touchpad still lags. I have windows 11 22h os.
please if there is any permanent solution let me know.
this is my first time purchasing an hp laptop, and i don’t want to regret it.
thank you for taking time to read my message.
