Hello, 
My HP omen control isn't working. When i try to change lights on the keyboard, it changes in the program but not physically on the keyboard. When i try to change the speed of the fans, it won't do anything physically either. It changes on the programs and it shows it sets to maximum but physically it's not. I tried re-installing it , restarting my laptop all kinds for stuff and nothing seems to work. I don't understand why, please help!
