Hi:

 

The problem is that you have two different apps installed.

 

HP Orbit and HP Quickdrop.

 

HP Quickdrop replaced HP Orbit.

 

So you need to uninstall HP Orbit from your PC, restart the PC after uninstalling HP Orbit, and install HP Quickdrop instead.

 

You can get HP Quickdrop for your PC from the Microsoft Store at the link below...
