Application can't enter my prodID but it is correct, 5Z805EA#AKD. Identificator is not correct.

Notebooks that came with FreeDOS are not supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

The tool is only going to work on the HP consumer class notebooks that have a Windows product key in the BIOS.

 

Your only option is to clean install Windows by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.

 

You will also have to supply your own W10/W11 product key.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10/W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
