Hello, i have a problem with the HP Pavilion 15 dk0358ng

 

when the charger is plugged in, I get really really low performance in everything. For example the CSGO game has only 10 fps

 

On battery, i get about 120 fps

 

i have tried so many things already:

1. Reinstall windows

2. Installed latest version of all drivers

3. changed power options to high performance

4. tried with a different charger

5. changed ram sticks (tried with 3 sticks in different slots)

6. Tried by disconnecting the battery

7. update bios to version f62

 

i also did a benchmark test with charger and without. With charger, everything was low and on battery the performance was normal

 

when in a game, the fps drops instantly when connecting the charger and goes high right after disconnecting it
