Product: Hp omen 15 ax250wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While trying to clean my fan I mistanenly damages my usb audio board(the cable got ripped off from the board) and thus my system won’t power on causeway connected to my power button I got a replacement I connected it all my system powers on but the power button,usb and audio jack still not working

Since this is a Hardware issue please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
