I want to activate the game pass provided by Omen Gaming Hub.

But when I click "Start Free Trial" it opens xbox app but nothing happening can you help me to activate game pass?

If clicking "Start Free Trial" in the OMEN Gaming Hub opens the Xbox app but nothing happens, it could be due to several issues related to the Xbox app or the OMEN Gaming Hub integration. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and activate the Game Pass:

 

1. Check Xbox App and OMEN Gaming Hub Integration

Ensure Both Apps Are Updated:

  1. Open the Microsoft Store and go to Downloads and updates.
  2. Check for updates for both the Xbox app and the OMEN Gaming Hub.
  3. Install any available updates.

Restart Both Apps:

  1. Close the Xbox app and OMEN Gaming Hub completely.
  2. Reopen OMEN Gaming Hub and try activating the Game Pass again.

2. Sign In to the Xbox App

  • Check Sign-In Status:
    1. Open the Xbox app and ensure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account used for OMEN Gaming Hub.
    2. If not signed in, sign in with your Microsoft account.

3. Check for Microsoft Account Issues

  • Verify Account Status:
    1. Go to the Microsoft Account website and ensure there are no issues with your account.
    2. Confirm that your account is active and in good standing.

4. Clear Xbox App Cache

  • Reset Xbox App:
    1. Open Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
    2. Locate the Xbox app in the list and select it.
    3. Click on Advanced options and then select Reset.

5. Check Internet Connection

  • Verify Connectivity:
    1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
    2. Try restarting your router or switching to a different network if possible.

6. Manually Activate Game Pass

  • Access Xbox Game Pass:
    1. Open the Xbox Game Pass website directly.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account and follow the prompts to start your free trial.

7. Reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub

  • Reinstall the App:
    1. Open Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
    2. Locate OMEN Gaming Hub and select it.
    3. Click Uninstall and then reinstall the latest version from the OMEN Gaming Hub website.

8. Check for Known Issues

  • Visit Support Pages:
    1. Check the OMEN Gaming Hub support page or the Xbox support page for any known issues or maintenance updates.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and successfully activate your Game Pass through OMEN Gaming Hub.
