Hi All,

I have ordered the omen max 16 with rtx 5060 and Ryzen 7 AI 350 . I want to know if we have the secondary SSD slot available or not ? I could some people  saying they do not have a secondary SSD slot. Please help..

The service manual indicates that it has a second slot, see page 44 of the manual.

Hi @Resistencia ,thanks for the reply , but I think the model number is different to the one you shared and I checked with hp support they are saying omen max models have only one SSD ?

In this they  mentioned primary for 5060 series and 5070 series

They mentioned that secondary SSD for 5070 ti and 5080 or primary SSD for 5060 and 5070. So that means they do not have the secondary SSD for 5060 and 5070 I guess . As per the guide.
