Hi there what is thé  maximum Ram that can be places in thé machine?

mine came with 8 gb... i know there is 2 slot...is 16 gb thé max?

can we ad bigger ram

Please post the actual product or model number, not the cpu that's installed.


Press Control/Alt/S for the information menu in windows
Or
Go to the Start menu and scroll to H/HP Help and Support/HP Support Assistant.
Open the program and click on your computer in the list.
The 7 digit Product Number will be listed in both those places.

So yes, 16GB sticks for a max of 32GB ram.
