HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0101ax
Microsoft Windows 11

After the windows 11 update came on 28 March 2025, which took a lot of time to install, while using it my PC would freeze, none of the keys started working, so I had to suddenly force shut down, then a message of blue screen of death came regarding drivers and then again and again my PC would freeze and upon restarting it, this HpPortlox.sys error would pop up on the desktop screen. After the update, there was some change in the driver of my speakers too, due to which crackling sound would start coming in it.
