My Keyboard Light is not working again after it crashed and i reset it 

kindly help or assist me with the direct driver to install

Hello @KynngVon 

 

Did you use (A) HP Cloud Recovery or (B) Windows Reset ?

When using (B) all your HP applications are gone.

i did all you asked me to do , but still the keyboard light is still not coming up .

Honestly am tired of this Hp ,funny enough the laptop is not even up to a year
