OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-k0000 (665B3AV)

I've tried everything. That includes that i've already uninstalled and installed my audio drivers, but nothing is working. I really really need help, aund rebooting it's not actually an option.

@pacofishy, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP Audio Center!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

No worries! You can reinstall the HP Audio Center on your OMEN 16 by following these steps:

Reinstall HP Audio Drivers

Since you’ve already tried this, let’s make sure you’re installing the correct ones:

  1. Go to the official HP Support page for your laptop model:
  2. Enter your laptop’s model number (OMEN 16-k0000).
  3. Under Drivers & Software, find the Audio Driver section.
  4. Download and install the Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver (if available).
  5. Restart your laptop.

Install HP Audio Center (via Microsoft Store)

  1. Open the Microsoft Store on your laptop.
  2. Search for "OMEN Audio Control" or "HP Audio Control".
  3. If found, install the app.

If it's missing, proceed to the next step.

Install OMEN Gaming Hub (Required for Some OMEN Features)

  1. Open the Microsoft Store and search for OMEN Gaming Hub.
  2. Install it and check if the HP Audio Center is included.
  3. If not, update Windows & HP drivers using HP Support Assistant.

Check HP Recovery Manager (If Available)

  1. Type "HP Recovery Manager" in Windows Search and open it.
  2. Look for "Reinstall drivers and applications."
  3. If available, find HP Audio Center and reinstall it.

If none of these steps work, let me know what errors you’re seeing, and I’ll help further! 🚀

Take care, and have an amazing day!
