If there  is  an chance to activate international warranty to my new hp omen laptop purchased from amazon.com.

You should have been prompted to register it when you first opened Windows and used the laptop.

But if you cannot bring up the option, you can use this link...

https://register.hp.com/americas/flowPage/registration/index.do?execution=e1s1&cc=US&lang=en

 

Note that most of the time, your HP device will only register with the country you purchased it in. The Model Number has to be sold in another country as well, to qualify for warranty service in that area also.
