Hello there 

i am having 3.38gb useable ram out of 8gb ram in my hp pavilion gaming laptop 

HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0026ax 

I tried almost everything i found on the internet still nothing change

The specs of your machine is

It has 4GB on each slot (total 8GB). Please use a tool called CPU-Z to check : Can it see BOTH slots

yes it reads both ram but it shows 4.6gb ram for hardware how do i fix that

i check my bios there is no such option to change igup ram or things in that chat

Reinstall Windows may help.

Or if i reinstall windows my windows 10 pro version will be shift back to windows 10 home 😔

It will go back to ORIGINAL Windows that means Home

No. As I said above, it will use product key in BIOS to determine Windows Home or Pro to activate itself. Worse case, you can change the key which you paid for.
