Product: Omen 15 Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop froze the a few hours ago so I had to restart it. When I turned it back on the keyboard light was off, after I turned it on using FN+F4 the light colors where set to the default colors. I tried restarting the laptop many times and also draining the batery and turning it on after that. Omen light studio can't change the colors, the keyboard doesen't even respond to the app. How do I fix this?
