Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently received a brand new HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop. Here is the link to the specific model I purchased: [content removed] . The drivers didn't seem to be working properly and I had nothing of value on the device yet so I decided to do a factory reset and reinstall Windows 10. After the PC resets, I am brought to this window saying "why did my PC restart" (looks like this: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/281114i2A49E2957C345973?v=v2) it then prompts me to sign into my internet, which I do, and then proceeds to restart and comes back around to the "Why did my PC restart" page. I seem to be stuck in a loop.  I can't seem to get past this "why did my PC restart page". I tried to look up a solution which told me to get to the system diagnosis page so I can trouble shoot it thru the command prompt. (This is the video I watched: https://youtu.be/6coJI10rG9A) however I can't even access the command prompt or anything else in this system diagnosis page since in order to do that I must sign in under the only administrator ("defaultuser0") but I don't know the password to this, as I did not create this account as I believe it is just the default account created when I tried resetting the machine to a factory setting. How do I get past the "Why did my PC start page"? Is there a way I can access "defaultuser0" in system diagnosis? What can I do to get past this point and continue to a factory reset computer?

Hi:

See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Since your PC is not working, you will need to have access to another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to use the cloud recovery tool.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.
