At first it is smooth it catches my installed games and boost them but I accidentally cleaned it and after that all my installed games disappeared except for 1 game.
Please help to regain it as it is big issue as without the boost the game sometimes lags

Hi @Jeet20,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing the issue of your installed games not appearing in the OMEN Gaming Hub after accidentally cleaning it, you can follow these steps to re-add your games and ensure the hub boosts them properly. Here are detailed steps to troubleshoot and fix the problem:
Step 1: Verify Game Installation
Ensure that all your games are still installed on your system and are accessible. You can do this by navigating to the installation directories and checking if the game files are intact.
Step 2: Update OMEN Gaming Hub
Make sure that you have the latest version of the OMEN Gaming Hub installed. Updates often contain bug fixes and improvements.
- Open the OMEN Gaming Hub.
- Click on the menu (three lines) in the top-left corner.
- Go to "Settings" and check for updates.
Step 3: Re-scan for Installed Games
- Open the OMEN Gaming Hub.
- Navigate to the "My Games" section.
- Look for an option to scan or refresh the list of installed games. This option might be named "Scan for Games" or similar.
- Initiate the scan and wait for the process to complete.
Step 4: Manually Add Games
If the automatic scan does not detect your games, you can manually add them:
- Open the OMEN Gaming Hub.
- Go to the "My Games" section.
- Click on "Add Game" or the plus (+) icon.
- Browse to the installation directory of each game and select the executable file (usually a .exe file).
- Add the game manually and ensure it appears in the list.
Step 5: Clear OMEN Gaming Hub Cache
Sometimes, clearing the cache can resolve issues with detecting installed games.
- Close the OMEN Gaming Hub completely.
- Navigate to the following directory: C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Omen Gaming Hub\Cache
- Delete all files in the Cache folder.
- Reopen the OMEN Gaming Hub and re-scan for games.
Step 6: Reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider reinstalling the OMEN Gaming Hub.
- Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
- Go to "Apps" and find OMEN Gaming Hub in the list.
- Uninstall the OMEN Gaming Hub.
- Download the latest version from the HP website or the Microsoft Store.
- Install the OMEN Gaming Hub and re-scan for your games.
