When I download games from Steam, the games do not work. It tells me to turn on driver signing enforcement in the motherboard settings, but it doesn't turn on in the settings.

Driver signing is part of the OS.
For windows 11 bring up the SETTINGS=>SYSTEM=>RECOVERY and click on the "restart now" at the Advanced startup
the system will reboot and show the following images. Select "troubleshoot" => "startup settings" => "restart to change.."
Note that my system only has "Disable driver signature enforcement" because I have it enabled.
I assume your system must have it disabled.
Anyway, the next menu will provide the actual options
If you want to cheat in steam and get away with it you should get another computer, register it as a game server, and get players to join. You will have no lag and everyone else will have lag. Just dont mention the game server is in your room.
