I have HP Omen 15 (2017) laptop and it has 120 Hz monitor and 4k resolution. Somehow the default display is set to Intel HD graphics 630. I cant change my display refresh rate to 120 Hz. the question i want to ask is How to change from Intel HD graphics 630 to GTX 1050 as a Default Display. If anyone know this problem and how to fix it.. Please help me ASAP 🙂

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to set the graphics card as the default display option.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Do you have an external monitor connected to the computer?
I would like to inform that you there is no option to select or change the settings to use the graphics card for the internal display itself. You need to make sure that all the applications which you run on the internal display use the graphics card and you can add the applications in the Nvidia graphics card 3D settings.
Select Manage 3D settings from the Nvidia control panel and change advanced settings for all programs on your computer or just for specific games. NVIDIA keeps a database of the optimal settings for various games, but you’re free to tweak individual settings here. Just mouse-over an option for an explanation of what it does.
I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
