Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

WhatsApp Image 2020-10-30 at 11.52.26 PM.jpegI've been having this error since i've bought this laptop, i have it for like a week, i have the bios updated at the latest version and i don't think that the fan needs to be cleaned since the laptop is already new.

I've already read this page and it doesn't solve my problem because i have the bios up to date and it's a new laptop so i don't need to clean the fan
