hello everyone i cant lock my gpu speed while the charger plugged in but when i unplug it it works but iam not getting the same fps like other people at all .I installed msi afterburner and i cant change temp limit , power limit , core voltage or fan speed but i can change core speed and mem speed . my gpu temp max is 61c sometimes 58 while playing . i tried a lot of games and the problem the same as always very low fps . in it takes two game in the main menu i only get 4-9 fps i cant play like that . i noticed something that i have limit problems tempreture and power at the same time not forgetting my memory speed is stuck at 810 some time it raise above 4000 but most of the time is stuck at 810mhz . while plugged in gpu speed just randomly change every moment but while in browsing in chrome or using programs like word its stable . i tried update bios , ddu clean install , roll back driver or updating drivers non of them worked . even if i play while not pluged in with stable speed its still unplayable in heavy games like it takes two , fortnite , gta . please if there is anyone who has the same problem and solved it or can help me iam realy helpless right now .

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

(2) Start windows <device manager>

- Expand <Disk drives>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Monitors>

- Expand <Network adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>

i downloaded all 3 files and then wanted to do HP PC Hardware Diagnostic test but i only have 2 option in the menu tests 

1. memory test = passed

2 .All hardwere  test= passed 

There is no error maseges and no option for battery or power test .

After downloaded, you need to run (double-click) the files to install them.
